Frequently Asked Questions and Issues

1. How do I get PrimeHealth?

PrimeHealth is currently available in Canada to a select audience as a free 3-month trial. To request a trial account, please CLICK HERE to fill out the request form and we will send you a registration invitation. 

2. I can't find my registration invitation.

If you have submitted a trial account request, you will receive an invitation to join PrimeHealth within 24 hours. If you can't find the invitation email, please check the "Junk" or "Spam" folder in your email. If for some reason we can't offer you a trial account at this time, you will receive an email from us.

3. What happens after my 3-month trial?

After your first 3 months of using PrimeHealth, you'll receive an email from us with the option to subscribe for only $8 per month, billed annually.

4. I received my invitation email, what do I do next?

Please follow the instructions in the invitation to PrimeHealth to complete your registration and get started. You'll be required to accept our Terms of Use, Privacy, Acceptable Use policies. You'll also need to confirm your email address and verify your mobile phone number. For more details, you can watch a video tutorial here: PRIME HEALTH TUTORIALS

5. Is PrimeHealth secure and private?

At ElderPRIME, nothing is more important to us than the security and privacy of your personal health data. Here are some things your should know:

  1. We follow the most current protocols to keep your personal data secure and private.

  2. We use military grade encryption and are compliant with all local and federal privacy and security standards, including PIPEDA and PHIPPA.

  3. Your sensitive personal health data (PHI) will never be sold to anyone.

  4. Your sensitive personal health data (PHI) will never be sent, transmitted, or transported in ways that are insecure (email, social network messaging, SMS, etc.).

  5. You have the ability to cancel your account and have all of your data permanently deleted at any time. To do this, contact us at support@elderprime.com.

6. I didn't receive my SMS verification code.

If you are in the middle of registering for PrimeHealth and have not received you SMS verification code, please contacts us through the support request form above, or send us and email here: support@elderprime.com.
