Join Us at PrimeHealth!

PrimeHealth is building the future of accessible disability and health management. Our platform helps large employers and health authorities modernize and humanize how they support people off work due to illness or injury. We’re currently launching a high-impact pilot with Fraser Health and the BC Nurses’ Union (BCNU).
We are a lean and fast-moving team led by seasoned tech and clinical founders. We are deeply collaborative and human-focused. We build with our users—not just for them.

About the Role

We’re looking for a flexible, high-initiative project manager to lead the day-to-day coordination of our pilot project and support our agile product development. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their product management career who wants to grow into a blended internal + external-facing role.
You’ll work closely with the CEO/CTO (Rob Parker) and Chief Clinical Officer (Carey-Jo Hoffman) to:

-
Manage timelines, communication, and deliverables across our Fraser Health/BCNU pilot project
-
Support agile development processes and help shepherd features through design, build, test, and release
-
Provide hands-on user support during the pilot and translate user feedback into action
-
Keep communication flowing between developers, end users, clinical stakeholders, and leadership
-
Coordinate user training and ensure the pilot runs smoothly for everyone involved
This role will touch everything from Jira tickets to training logistics to strategy decks. It’s a great opportunity to learn by doing, while having high visibility across operational, technical, and executive teams.

-
Help deliver a white-glove onboarding and support experience for pilot participants
-
Coordinate and deliver training and orientation sessions with clinical and operational staff
-
Provide first-line user support (alongside the founders) and help resolve issues quickly
-
Collect, analyze, and share pilot feedback to inform development and implementation
Agile Product Development

-
Support sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives
-
Collaborate with Rob (CEO/CTO) on backlog grooming and feature prioritization
-
Help write, clarify, and track requirements documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria
-
Ensure cross-functional visibility into development timelines and priorities
-
Participate in QA and help maintain our "support while building" feedback loop

Cross-Functional Communication

Liaise with Fraser Health and BCNU project leads
-
Collaborate with internal team members (engineering, design, clinical, leadership)
-
Facilitate communication between users and developers
-

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

-
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple workstreams
-
Curious, empathetic, and motivated to build great tools for people with complex health journeys
-
A clear communicator across all levels—technical teams, clinical users, and C-suite
-
Comfortable working in ambiguity, and able to figure things out without a rigid playbook
-
Interested in growing into a product leadership role over time
You Have

-
2–3 years of experience in a project coordination, implementation, or junior product management role
-
Exposure to agile development (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid)—formal Product Owner experience is a bonus but not required

-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-
Experience in healthcare, digital health, government, or union-based environments is a strong asset but not required
What We Offer

A front-row seat to a high-impact digital health pilot with real-world change potential
-
The opportunity to shape your own role and grow into a future product or program leadership position post-pilot
-
Close collaboration with founders and a mission-driven team

A hybrid working environment
-
Competitive salary in line with early-stage venture-backed companies
